Production Worker, Lead - 2Nd Shift

Job Title: Production Lead – 2nd ShiftLocation: Miami, OKEmployment Type: Full-timeShift: Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pmSummary of the Role:The Production Lead is responsible for supporting daily operations in a blow molding manufacturing facility by overseeing production activities, coordinating team members, and ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met. This position serves as the primary point of contact for production employees during the shift and works closely with supervisors to maintain an efficient operation.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production employees throughout the shift.
• Monitor blow molding production to ensure quality and efficiency standards are achieved.
• Assign daily tasks and assist with workflow coordination.
• Train and mentor new production associates on equipment, processes, and safety procedures.
• Assist operators with troubleshooting equipment issues and minor process adjustments.
• Monitor production schedules and communicate delays or concerns to management.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company specifications.
• Promote and enforce all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Assist with changeovers, machine startups, and general production support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment following 5S principles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Blow molding or plastics manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
