This is a physically demanding role in a non-climate-controlled industrial environment. Candidates should have previous heavy industrial manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to workplace safety. Qualified candidates should have:

• At least one (1) year of heavy industrial manufacturing experience
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check

Production Worker ResponsibilitiesAs a Production Worker, you will be responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations while maintaining quality and safety standards. Duties include:

• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform production and assembly tasks according to specifications
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality requirements are met
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions

Physical Requirements for the Production Worker

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Work in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment for extended periods

Work Environment
