Production Worker

Location: West Chester, OH

Pay Rate: $23.66/hr. - $0.75 shift differential for 2nd

Shift: 2nd (2:45pm-11pm)

While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, as the Packer/Production Worker/Laborer, you will be responsible for collaborating and contributing to the production environment within our manufacturing operations. Safety, quality, productivity and strong work ethic are important to the Sonoco culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborating closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing

• Packs product into boxes, retrieves product from equipment and operates machinery

• Making incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured products

• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to setup new production jobs

• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area

• Assists other departments as needed
