Looking for a full-time job with consistent schedule and long weekends?
Thermon is hiring Production Workers (Assemblers) to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will primarily assemble heated blankets and wraps for our Powerblanket product line used in critical industries around the world.
Whether you have manufacturing experience or are looking to learn a new skill, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You Will Do
- Assemble heated blankets using basic hand tools
- Install insulation, heating elements, and other components
- Follow work instructions and assembly diagrams
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
What We Are Looking For
- Dependable and ready to work
- Comfortable using hand tools or willing to learn
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
- Team player with a positive attitude
Schedule & Physical Requirements
- 4 - day work week: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Occasional overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed
- Ability to lift up 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or trade school background is helpful
