You’ll work closely with team leads and your department to deliver results that make a difference.What You'll Do As a Production Worker Machine Operator, you will be responsible for
  • Operate manufacturing machinery, including industrial stitching or sewing equipment, with precision and care*
  • Load materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs*
  • Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards*
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues promptly*
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with safety protocols
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, or production (fast-paced environments are a plus)*
  • Stitching or sewing experience is helpful, but not required—training will be provided*
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality*
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to communicate in English*
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as needed
