You’ll work closely with team leaders and fellow associates to deliver results that make a difference.What You’ll Do:

• Package aluminum extrusion products according to company and customer specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Inspect materials for defects, damages, and adherence to standards prior to packaging.
• Wrap, box, and label finished goods for shipment efficiently.
• Load and unload materials and packaged products safely and accurately.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and packaging equipment effectively to complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support efficient production.
• Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and material relocation.
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and regulations to support production goals and workplace safety.
• Contribute to a team environment focused on quality, productivity, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

• No specific educational requirements; a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Necessary safety footwear, such as metatarsal or steel-toe boots with met guards.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible shifts.
• Ability to pass a drug screening (including THC) and a lifetime background check.
• Prior manufacturing or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
