Packaging Associate — Urgently hiring in Canfield! Job Title: Packaging AssociatePay: $17 per hourHours: Monday–Friday, all shifts (day, afternoon, midnight)Start Date: ASAPLooking for a stable career with growth potential? Join our reputable aluminum manufacturing company as a Packaging Associate in Canfield, OH and make an impact every day.As a Packaging Associate, you'll help ensure the quality and precision of our aluminum extrusion products. You'll work closely with team leaders and fellow associates to deliver results that make a difference in production and shipping.What You'll DoAs a Packaging Associate, you will be responsible for:
  • Packaging aluminum extrusion products accurately according to company and customer specifications.*
  • Inspecting materials for defects, damages, and compliance before packaging.*
  • Wrapping, boxing, and labeling finished goods efficiently for shipment.*
  • Safely loading and unloading materials and packaged products.*
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures.
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.*
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.*
  • Necessary safety footwear (steel-toe or metatarsal boots with met guards).*
  • Ability to pass a drug screening (including THC) and a background check.
