Job Description

A respected, growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its Products Liability practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional looking to work on complex litigation matters within a collaborative and flexible environment.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys through all phases of litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery
Review and summarize medical records, depositions, and case documents
Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial preparation
Coordinate depositions, hearings, and expert witnesses
Manage case files, deadlines, and document production

Qualifications

1+ years of litigation paralegal experience
Paralegal degree/certificate or equivalent education and experience
Strong organizational, communication, and proofreading skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
