What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Dog Training & Handling – Work with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.✔ Client Interaction – Educate and communicate effectively with clients about their dogs’ training progress.✔ Community – Promote our services by visiting local vets, attending expos, and participating in events.✔ Content Creation – Capture and edit short training videos (bonus if you have drone skills!).✔ Versatile Work Environment – Train indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and locations.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Excellent communication skills – both in person and via text/email.✅ Local to Seattle or Tacoma or surrounding areas.✅ Physically capable of handling dogs of all sizes.✅ Comfortable bringing at least one "board and train" dog into your home.✅ Experience with video creation/editing.✅ Reliable transportation (SUV required--can discuss).✅ Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage your own schedule.✅ Ability to respond to texts within 3 hours.✅ Willingness to work in all weather conditions.✅ Over 21 years old with personal and professional references.✅ Clean background/criminal record.✅ iPhone and internet access.✅ Bachelor’s degree preferred.✅ Completion of our 21-day training program & testing at the OLK9 Training Facility in Virginia.

What a Day in the Life Looks Like:

🐶 Hands-on training with dogs of all sizes and temperaments.👥 Working directly with clients to help them achieve their training goals.🚗 Local traveling.📢 Engaging in ongoing education and skill development.🎥 Filming, editing, and posting content to showcase your training success.📅 Managing your schedule and ensuring top-tier client service.
