Job Description

A respected, family ‑ owned Civil Engineering firm with over 50 years of success is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor / Survey Crew Lead to join their Elsmere, KY team. Known for a supportive, family ‑ first culture, this firm offers long term growth opportunities, including potential partial ownership for high ‑ performing, tenured employees.

Qualifications

· Minimum 5+ years of field surveying experience

· Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred

· Experience with Carlson Civil CAD software preferred

· Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage field survey crews

· Perform Boundary, ALTA/NSPS, Topographic, and Utility surveys

· Prepare and interpret legal descriptions

· Conduct construction staking for civil site, transportation, and utility projects

· Coordinate survey data for civil design and project execution
