Key Responsibilities
Manage defense litigation for professional liability claims from inception through resolution
Draft substantive pleadings, motions, and briefs
Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and prepare for hearings or trials
Interface directly with high-profile clients, carrier representatives, and key stakeholders
Collaborate closely with partner-led litigation teams to develop creative strategy

Qualifications
Active Idaho bar license in good standing (or eligible for prompt reciprocity)
Prior experience in professional liability, commercial litigation, or complex civil defense preferred
Outstanding analytical, research, and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with high-level clients and colleagues
