About the Role
We are searching for an experienced, compassionate, and team-oriented Professional Pet Groomer to join our growing grooming team.
In this role, you'll provide high-quality grooming services while helping pets look and feel their best.
While this position is primarily based at one hospital location, occasional coverage at our nearby hospitals (all within a 15-mile radius) may be requested. Candidates who are dependable, adaptable, and enjoy working collaboratively will thrive in this role.

· Deliver exceptional grooming services with consistency and attention to detail
· Handle pets safely, compassionately, and confidently
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional grooming environment
· Work collaboratively with teammates to provide an outstanding overall client experience
Responsibilities
· Perform (occasional) bathing, brushing, breed-specific haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and other grooming services
· Safely handle pets of varying sizes, breeds, and temperaments
· Monitor pets for any health or behavioral concerns and communicate observations to the veterinary team
· Maintain grooming equipment, tools, and work areas according to cleanliness and sanitation standards
· Help create a positive experience for pets, clients, and teammates
Requirements
· Professional pet grooming experience required (portfolio of work)
· Knowledge of breed-specific grooming techniques and standards
· Excellent animal handling skills and genuine compassion for pets
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active environment
Benefits
Compensation and Benefits
$2000.00 onboarding signing bonus paid in three installments:
$500.00 on 1st paycheck/$500.00 upon completion of training/ $1000.00 6 months post-training
$45,760.00 - $49,920.00 annually depending on level of experience. Hourly $22.00-24.00
Additional Weekly Tips Income Between $100-$150 / week or more
Grooming supplies provided.
