Job Description

This role supports the Project Management Office (PMO) within Lightcast Professional Services by assisting with project coordination, documentation, and basic reporting. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone early in their career who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning project management, operations, and client delivery.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support project coordination by helping track timelines, deliverables, and project updates

  • Assist with maintaining project documentation, including notes, files, and status updates

  • Update and maintain project information in systems such as Salesforce and Jira

  • Help ensure project records and documentation are accurate and up to date

  • Assist in pulling basic reports and tracking project-related data as needed

  • Support the Professional Services and Client Success teams with administrative and coordination tasks

  • Communicate with internal teams to gather updates and keep projects moving forward

  • Perform other administrative or project support duties as needed

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required; associate’s degree, certifications, or relevant coursework is a plus

  • Open to candidates with transferable experience or strong interest in project management, operations, or client services

  • Internship, part-time, or early career experience in administrative, operations, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required

  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (comfortable with spreadsheets and simple data tracking)

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Jira, or similar systems is a plus, but not required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on assignments

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
