Job Description

Job Description: Position Purpose: Develop, edit, and maintain client and plan member-facing health and wellness education materials across various digital modalities. Provide digital communications viewpoint in the planning, implementation and evaluation of communications campaigns. Education/Experience: Bachelor s degree in Health Communication, Health Education, Journalism, Marketing, related field, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of consumer communications or web/social media or mobile communications experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Develop health and wellness education content for a variety of communication mediums, ensuring materials adhere to health literacy and plain language requirements and accommodate blind, disabled and aging populations Assist with various website and campaign performance reports and analysis, including portal metrics and e-mail campaign effectiveness Manage social media presences across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Research relevant developments in digital publishing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and social media and understand ongoing innovations Tag and properly keyword content postings for (SEO) Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor website content to ensure consistency with style guidelines, health literacy best practices, content schedule Contribute to digital content strategy for client and plan member-facing products, including the development of concepts for online, PDF, mobile, websites, new products and existing product suite through prototypes, wireframes and storyboards Stay abreast of web and accessibility standards; regularly review and analyze company digital offerings to ensure alignments with best practices and trends Collaborate with information technology department to test, analyze, and produce new and engaging digital communication offerings Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards EEO: Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.

  • Purpose of this team: Team supports public site content management and Digital campaigns.
  • Reason for the request: Team supports the Medicare public sites. Contractors are needed in order to provide support with 2026 AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) site content development and QA efforts.

  • Typical task breakdown and rhythm: Day-to-day within this role may vary based on daily needs and priorities. Tasks include website content management (implementing content to websites or making website updates) and site QA. Contractor will work closely with Manager and other Digital Communication Specialists to understand daily tasks and priorities.
  • Interaction level with team: Close collaboration with teammates, assignments are provided that are independent though.
  • Work environment description: Majority of work is completed in our website content management systems either Adobe Experience Management (AEM) or Sitecore

Nice to haves: Experience with Sitecore and/ or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), healthcare experience Disqualifiers: limited to no content management and Digital experience Performance indicators: Assignments or work are completed within expected timeframes, work is completed with high accuracy/ quality, candidate is available on Teams throughout the workday and promptly responds to messages Best vs. average: The best person in the role promptly completes their work with a high degree of precision. The average person in the role completes their work within established time frames, the work is high quality however, some errors or issues are detected.
