We are looking for a Profit Coach Advisor who will have the national sales responsibility for new-client acquisition, BDR's comprehensive suite of business coaching, training, and various other solutions as assigned, including: Profit Coach, Marketing Services, On-Site Consulting, training classes, Profit Launch, and other services into the Home Services Industry. This is a pure new-client acquisition role with assigned quota goals.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Respect and Nurture Prospects: Treat each prospect with the utmost respect, recognizing their potential to cycle through the BDR sales pipeline year after year.
- Professionalism and Company Image: Maintain a professional appearance and consistently project a positive company image.
- Sales Role Dynamics: Primarily engage in phone-based and web-presentation sales activities, with some travel required.
- Comprehensive Service Knowledge: Master and effectively present BDR's full suite of training, marketing services, coaching, and other offerings, ready to discuss any service on a client call at a moment's notice.
- Industry and Competitive Insight: Develop a deep understanding of the HVAC industry, BDR partners, and competitors to strategically position BDR for competitive sales success.
- Engage and Close Sales: Call business owners and employees to engage in the sales process, identify needs, present solution options, and close sales for business coaching and related services.
- Sales Tools Development: Assist in creating new sales tools, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Event Participation: Attend industry tradeshows, seminars, podcasts, and other events to build company partner relationships and promote sales.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong business relationships with industry distributor representatives, sales managers, and principals to drive company sales.
Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., some OT as necessary
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Compensation: Base Salary of $50,000 + 5% commission on all sales, with additional commissions based on hitting a bonus, with top performers making $150,000+ based on performance

The Qualifications
- Dedicated and isolated home office
- Must have 7+ Years in a new client-acquisition sales role
- 10+ Years of experience in sales
- Consulting/Advisory services sales in the B2B arena
- Consistent sales pipeline cultivation and management yielding quota-exceeding results
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- 7+ years of CRM sales management and documentation process experience
- Enterprise software sales, Investment or Mortgage industry experience is a plus.
