: Manage pre-award and post-award grant and contract administration. Maintain post-award activities and provide logistical support to faculty as needed. Oversee office operating expenses, process faculty-sponsored project orders, manage invoice payments and travel reconciliations. Serve as the RASU point of contact and support new faculty recruitment and hiring. Coordinate ASTMH event planning and weekly seminar catering. Supervise graduate assistants and student workers, develop and maintain the electronic newsletter, and manage the sponsored project database for accurate tracking and reporting.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience

OR

  • High School Diploma/equivalent and seven years of work experience.

Preferred Qualification:

  • Master's Degree and/ or
  • Experience in an academic setting
