Real Estate & Wealth Advisory ManagerWe are seeking a contractor to support real estate expansions and Wealth Advisory business initiatives. This role will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate stakeholders, and conduct analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities

" Lead real estate expansions, restacks, seat-sharing initiatives, and relocations.

" Coordinate initiatives with Corporate Real Estate and business partners.

" Manage initiatives from design through implementation, creatively solving problems and completing supporting analysis.

" Support broader Wealth Advisory strategic priorities as needed.

Qualifications

" Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data analysis.

" Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

" Ability to independently lead initiatives and work through ambiguity.
