Based in Austin, TX - Hybrid work schedule (4days/week)

Creative Center is Schwab s in-house agency that creates a wide range of client, prospect and internal communications. The Contract Digital Art Director brings fresh creative thinking to digital experiences across channels, consistently and at scale. We re looking for someone who understands how digital ecosystems work and how great design shows up in real, modern contexts.You ll contribute to the creative production of digital work across the organization, helping ensure visual quality, clarity, and consistency across platforms. You ll collaborate closely with designers, writers, strategists, and partners to create thoughtful, engaging work that supports brand and business goals.

CREATIVE THINGS YOU LL DO." Concept and execute digital?first creative work across channels." Translate ideas into clear, compelling visual systems and experiences." Uphold brand standards while evolving the look and feel across digital touchpoints." Partner with copywriters and UX designers to deliver cohesive storytelling and user experiences." Stay current on digital design trends, tools, and best practices and apply them with intention." Excel at designing everything from video and print to websites and social." Rigorously self-edit your designs with attention to clear creative solutions." You will not code.

WHAT YOU LL BRING." Bachelor s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field." Minimum 5 years digital design and art direction experience, preferably in an agency or in?house environment." Strong proficiency with modern design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related platforms, and adapting to new tools and technologies." Worked within content management systems (ex. Drupal) and understand design systems, responsive design, and components." A portfolio that demonstrates digital?first thinking, strong visual craft, and creative leadership." Clear communication skills and a collaborative, organized working style." Manage time and hit deadlines while managing multiple projects." Solve marketing partner problems by thinking strategically, implementing past feedback, and applying data and knowledge about the user." Comfortable presenting your work to creative leads and marketing partners." Be daring enough to make mistakes (few as they may be), smart enough to learn from them, and brave enough to ask for help." You re eager to learn from coworkers, marketing partners, C2 departments, tech platforms, and award books." Portfolio required; link provided on resume.
