The Opportunity:

CACI seeks a talented individual to join our team as the Program Business Operations Manager, within the Mission and Engineering Support Line of Business.Manage the mission with a winning team! CACI is looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our team to support the PMO.The Business Operations Manager oversees daily business activities, ensuring compliance, and efficiency focusing on contract deliverables, strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and process improvement. They bridge strategic goals with tactical execution, managing information flow, performance metrics, and stakeholder communication for successful contract delivery and organizational growth.

Responsibilities:Provide direct support to the Majestic Mustang Program Manager, Deputy Program Managers, and Program Management OfficeManage and draft the program deliverables to include monthly MSRs, ITAR reports, Award Fee Self Assessments, Contractor Performance Self-Assessment, monthly customer syncs, and Subcontractor Partner Impact Cards.Provide oversight of the Program Administration Team, creating the necessary alignment of administrative and staffing processesManages day-to-day administrative processes, centralizing program administrative actionsAllow for seamless touchpoint for program and government personnel to address administrative issues across the contract ensuring an integrated and prompt response to questions and issuesAssist in providing oversight and direction for the day-to-day PMO support of contract, subcontract, security, and staffing initiatives that drive program successDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholdersCommunicate program updates and provide guidance and direct tasking in conjunction with the Majestic Mustang Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and Contracting OfficerDirect new hire initiatives for onboarding, placement, mission introductions, and overall integration into the CACI and MM cultureBe a trusted advisor at all levels of the program to provide advice and guidance on project and program management methodologies and measures of success.Engage partners to build positive relationships, develop strategic and tactical plans to deliver project objectives, and direct the work to be executed.Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve complex goals.Qualifications:Required: Active TS SCI clearance with polygraphStrong written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately.Meticulous proofreading and editing skills with a high standard for grammar, punctuation, and formatting.Articulate with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Above average skills in using Microsoft Office/365 tools, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Must have at least three years of demonstrated experience as a managerHave an understanding of how MPO manages contracts and Task OrdersKnowledgeable of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policiesDesired:

Experience with the Maryland Security Agency and Maryland Procurement OfficePMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
