  • Developing and overseeing communities of practice, coaching, mentoring, onboarding, and knowledge management programs
  • Supporting adoption of agile, predictive, and hybrid delivery approaches in a way that fits the organization's operating model
  • Defining success measures for capability adoption, maturity improvement, delivery consistency, and organizational readiness
  • Driving continuous improvement across methods, tools, reporting practices, and lessons-learned processes

  • Advanced understanding of delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) and when to execute each methodology
  • Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.)
  • Certification in process improvement (LEAN/Six Sigma) preferred
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization, building relationships at all levels.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across all levels and foster alignment across diverse teams and geographies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, inspire collaboration, and navigate cultural and geographic diversity
  • Experience navigating a global organization
  • This role is in the office 5 days per week with the potential for domestic/international travel upwards of 25% annually
