Program Director
$75,000
Program: Residential Group Homes
Location: NCC, Kent, Sussex County
Status: Full-Time - 40 hours
Schedule: M-F 8a-4p with on-call responsibilities
About the Role:
The Program Director leads daily operations of a behavioral health residential program, ensuring high‑quality services, regulatory compliance, strong staff development, and alignment with organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise staff; hire, train, and manage performance.
  • Ensure person‑centered, trauma‑informed, evidence‑based service delivery.
  • Oversee budgets, payroll, consumer funds, billing, and financial compliance.
  • Ensure documentation meets regulatory and funder requirements.
  • Use data/metrics to monitor program outcomes.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, QA, and leadership.
  • Represent the program at internal/external meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or business (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years’ human services experience with supervision/program planning.
  • Strong communication and technology skills.
  • Must meet background clearances and have a valid driver’s license/vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Spanish or ASL skills preferred.
  • Strength in leadership, ethics, collaboration, cultural humility, and problem‑solving.
