Life Connections Program – FCI Fort Dix

Location: FCI Fort Dix, Joint Base MDL, NJSchedule: Up to 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday)Position Type: Contract / Part-Time

Position Summary:

The Program Facilitator leads and coordinates the Life Connections Program, a faith-based life skills and personal development program for incarcerated participants. The facilitator delivers curriculum, manages group sessions, and supports participant growth in a structured classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Life Connections Program classes and group discussions
Deliver curriculum focused on life skills and personal development
Coordinate activities with Spiritual Guides and program staff
Track participant attendance and progress
Maintain documentation and submit monthly service reports
Follow all institutional policies and security procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in religious studies, education, counseling, or related field
Letter of reference from a recognized faith leader
Experience facilitating group instruction or adult learning programs
