• Job Description:• GALT Aerospace is seeking a part-time, hourly Program Finance Analyst to handle the following responsibilities:To Develop and maintain financial baselines for programs• o Detailed Analysis of program costs, revenue and profit• o Support Program Managers with EACs• o Detailed Analysis of labor, material, ODCs• o Identify opportunities for creative ways to improve processes• o Identify opportunities for revenue and profit• o Support FP&A at the company level with data to drive the business

• Required Skills, Experience, and Education• o Pursuing a bachelor's degree in finance and economics• o 3+ years' experience with business finance, startups• o U.S. Citizenship• o Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance• o Strong critical and analytical thinking• o Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work well under pressure, be onsite and work additional hours if needed.

• Preferred Skills, Experience and Education• o 6+ years' experience with excel• o Secret Clearance preferred• o Pro Pricer experience• o Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic environment• o Ability to work in a collaborative environment• o Strong oral and written communications skills

Pay ScaleAt GALT Aerospace, base pay is one part of the total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as one grows and develops within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $37-$54 per hour, and a specific candidate's base pay will depend on their skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
