This role is to lead the DesignworX program/content. DesignworX is a comprehensive training and overview aimed specifically at engineers and designers using solar tracker systems. The solar industry continues to gain complexity and optimizing a site has never been more important. This detailed in person or virtual training session covers advanced methodology, calculations, and recommendations of how best to design sites, value engineer, mitigate risks and lower costs.
The Program Lead for Global Engineering Education will be based in Nashville, TN. In this position, you will report to the Director of Project Engineering.
What you will do:
Lead the Global Engineering Education program/content
Curriculum Development & Oversight: Collaboration with stakeholders to design, update, and implement engineering curricula or training modules for engineers of various backgrounds
Program Administration: Coordinate daily operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining program documentation and content
Budgeting & Reporting: Manage program budgets, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports on program success and efficiency
Management of content will include updating its availability in multiple languages and digital mediums
Act as the liaison between multiple departments including sales, sales engineering, product marketing to maintain up to date content on all new Nextpower products
Coordinate with the global team of subject matter experts on updated content per region
Prioritize tasks to provide the best support to our internal and external customers
Requirements:
BS in Education, Engineering, marketing or related field, required
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in maintaining educational programs
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Major focus on internal customer communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated team player
Experience leading a structured content strategy by organizing engineering education materials and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop engaging multimedia (including video) content for global training programs (Preferred)

Proven experience in program coordination
Language preferences: English, Spanish, Portuguese
