Target Range:

$25/Hr. - $32/Hr.

Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

Program Management is the intersection of skills needed to successfully navigate business programs, product development, and project management. The Consumer Program Management team works with Consumer Business leadership to manage and optimize our portfolio of products, performing product strategy planning, go-to-market planning, and project management. Individuals will analyze current processes, identify opportunities, and drive products and partners towards the ideal client experience while managing profitability and alignment to enterprise goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Consumer Program Management team by analyzing business performance, conducting market and competitive research, and translating data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Gathers and analyzes internal and external data to track KPIs, identify trends, assess product performance, and inform future initiatives, roadmaps, and market opportunities
  • Builds and maintains Excel‑based models, dashboards, and reporting to evaluate program delivery, return on investment, and operational effectiveness
  • Prepares executive‑ready presentations and materials that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and program status to leaders and stakeholders
  • Supports program and project execution by documenting requirements, tracking tasks and milestones, coordinating cross‑functional activities, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
  • Acts as a liaison between business, product, technology, and delivery teams, helping align priorities and resolve issues across multiple workstreams
  • Maintains program documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and artifacts using enterprise systems to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Contributes to the planning, coordination, and execution of large, multi‑faceted programs and integration efforts that support enterprise‑wide objectives
  • Assists with prioritization of future initiatives based on strategic alignment, feasibility, market dynamics, client needs, and financial impact
  • Engages regularly with senior leaders and stakeholders to communicate progress, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement of program practices
  • Leverages data and metrics to monitor program outcomes, identify risks or emerging issues, and recommend corrective actions
  • Operates effectively in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments, balancing multiple priorities while taking initiative and escalating issues when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in program, product, or business analysis roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize complex information
  • Proficiency in Excel (models, formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint; SQL knowledge a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize competing demands, and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Curious, solution‑oriented mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
