Program ManagerThe hiring company is a small-sized organization operating in the Technology & Telecoms sector. This is a unique opportunity to join a smaller, highly collaborative group where you will have real ownership and visibility across entire programs.Job DescriptionLead multiple programs and ensure delivery against cost, schedule, and performance targets
Develop and manage detailed project plans from kickoff through completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and internal stakeholders
Coordinate cross functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and leadership
Manage budgets including labor, materials, travel, and external services
Monitor progress, identify risks, and drive proactive solutions
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, internal processes, and regulations
Maintain strong customer communication throughout the full lifecycle
Resolve customer issues and drive long term relationship success
Oversee program closeout to ensure all deliverables and documentation are complete

Proven success managing schedules, costs, and complex programs
Strong ability to lead cross functional teams in a project based setting
Experience interfacing directly with customers at multiple levels
Ability to review and interpret technical documents, proposals, and specifications
