Job Description

Job Title- Program Manager- Healthcare projects

Location: Remote – Must be located in the Arizona Time ZoneDuration: 12+ months, potential extensionPosition Type: Contract

Role Overview: Seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage 8–9+ projects concurrently within a healthcare/managed care environment. This role will lead program planning, execution, governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple complex projects and ensure alignment with program goals.
  • Develop program schedules, milestones, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present program status updates to executives and stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate program meetings.
  • Drive process improvements and resolve project roadblocks.
  • Ensure governance, quality, and compliance across projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years managing large-scale, complex technology/business projects.
  • 3+ years of Program Management experience.
  • 3+ years of Agile or Lean experience.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation skills.
  • Associate degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred:

  • Healthcare/Medicaid or Managed Care experience.
  • Care Management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong process improvement experience.
