We are hiring aProgram Manager2for Inventory Visibility & Controls within Inventory Operations. In this role, you willsupportthe delivery of complex,crossfunctionalprograms that advance enterprise inventory visibility, traceability, and controls—helping translatestrategy into execution across business, product, data, and technology partners.You willhelpcoordinatethe workto move IV&C from manual, reactive investigation to proactive,systemdrivencontrols—ensuring projects arewellsequenced, risks areidentifiedand escalated appropriately, and dependencies across teams are actively managed. AsautomationfirstandAIenabledcapabilities scale, this rolesupports ensuringthe right requirements,documentation, and adoption plans are inplaceso new capabilities deliver real, sustained business impact.This role is ideal for a program manager whois developing their ability to navigateambiguity, operates at the intersection of operations, technology, and controls, and is motivated bycontributing todurable enterprise capabilities that improve confidence in inventory and enable faster, better decisions at scale.

A day in the life…

  • Support the delivery of projectsthat driveinventory visibility and control capabilities across the inventory lifecycle, from concept through launch and adoption, with increasing independence.

  • Develop andmaintainprogramroadmaps, breaking down large, ambiguous problem spaces into sequenced initiatives with clear scope, milestones, and success measures.

  • Coordinateacross business, product, engineering, data, finance, and operations partners—aligning priorities, surfacing dependencies,tracking progress,andescalating decisions needed tomaintainmomentum.

  • Supportproduct and technologypartnersto ensure new capabilities strengthen inventory controls, increaseenterprisewidesignals and visibility, and align physical, logical, and financial views of inventory.

  • Contribute toprogram governance and execution discipline, including intake, prioritization, riskidentification, dependency tracking, andexecutivelevelstatus communication.

  • Partner closely with analytics and product teamsto ensureautomationfirstandAIenabledcapabilities are designed with clear requirements, operational readiness, andhumanintheloopcontrols where needed.

  • Identifydownstream impacts andchangemanagementneeds, working with stakeholders to ensure new tools, processes, and insights are adopted and embedded intodaytodayworkflows.

  • Navigateambiguity and escalatetradeoffsappropriately, supportingdecisions that balance speed, risk, andlongtermenterprise value.

  • Flex across initiatives as neededto support IV&C priorities and enterprise commitments.

You own this if you have…

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or relevantMaster’sdegreea plus.

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, product management, management consulting, strategy, finance, or operations, with experiencesupportingcrossfunctionalteams.

  • Demonstrated successsupporting orleadingcrossfunctionalprogramsin ambiguous,fastpacedenvironments.

  • Ability to build relationships and partner across multiple functions, with growing skill in aligning stakeholderswithout direct authority.

  • Experiencecontributing toroadmap development, dependencytracking, and delivery of measurable outcomes.

  • Comfort partnering withproduct, engineering, analytics, and business teamsto delivertechnologyenabledcapabilities.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand operational, financial, and risk considerations and incorporate them into program decisions.

  • Strongwritten andverbal communication skills, withtheability totailor communication to different audiences andsynthesizeinformationinto clear narratives andrecommendations.

  • Highly organized with strong judgment, able to balance competing priorities whilemaintainingdelivery focus.

  • Experience with inventory, supply chain, merchandising, or operational domains is a plus.

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations. Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$93,500.00 - $155,000.00 Annual
