  • Align with sales and business development on client needs and opportunities

Risk & Financial Management

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
  • Manage P&L for assigned programs, ensuring profitability targets are met
  • Track financial performance, including cost control and margin optimization

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 10-12 years or project management experience with at least 4+ years focused on team leadership, technical program management or product launches
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects in data center or similar high-availability environments
  • Strong client-facing experience with a relationship-driven approach
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, handle competing priorities, and execute with precision
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution

Preferred

  • Strongly Preferred PMP or equivalent certification
  • Experience with data center cooling technologies (e.g., CRAC/CRAH units, liquid cooling, chilled water systems)
