Job Description:
The Senior Program Manager will lead complex, multi-phase programs delivering cooling solutions for data center clients. This role requires a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale solution programs for data center clients
- Define program scope, goals, milestones, and success metrics
- Drive execution across engineering, operations, procurement, and field teams
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and client expectations
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
- Proactively manage expectations, risks, and escalations
- Identify opportunities for change and additional improvements
Execution & Delivery
- Champion a "get it done" culture-removing blockers and driving accountability
- Oversee scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering teams on system design and technical solutions
- Coordinate with field operations teams for installation and commissioning
- Work with supply chain to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials
- Align with sales and business development on client needs and opportunities
Risk & Financial Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
- Manage P&L for assigned programs, ensuring profitability targets are met
- Track financial performance, including cost control and margin optimization
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10-12 years or project management experience with at least 4+ years focused on team leadership, technical program management or product launches
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in data center or similar high-availability environments
- Strong client-facing experience with a relationship-driven approach
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, handle competing priorities, and execute with precision
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution
Preferred
- Strongly Preferred PMP or equivalent certification
- Experience with data center cooling technologies (e.g., CRAC/CRAH units, liquid cooling, chilled water systems)
- Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability practices.

$128,051.00 - $192,076.00
