Position Summary
Our team empowers PG&E executives by offering a clear view of performance against critical KPIs, managing enterprise reporting processes, and ensuring consistency in executive and regulatory deliverables. As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead the execution of enterprise initiatives, driving progress across stakeholders with guidance from expert SMEs and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and execution of enterprise operating reviews, ensuring alignment to standardized processes and outputs.
- Support the development and continuous improvement of enterprise KPIs.
- Partner with functional leaders to support annual target setting.
- Manage cross-functional deliverables tied to enterprise initiatives.
- Review and quality-assure executive-level metric submissions for accuracy and consistency.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve data gaps and performance variances.
- Develop executive-ready materials that enable decision-making and performance transparency.
- Drive consistency in reporting by aligning outputs to a "single voice” across functions.
- Build and maintain stakeholder alignment by clearly communicating expectations, timelines, and roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
- 6 years of experience in program management, performance management, or enterprise operations.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Preferences
- Master's degree in business.
- Experience supporting executive operating reviews, KPI governance, or enterprise performance management.
- PMP or CAPM Certification.
