Program Manager

Payrate: $90.00- $92.98/hr.Summary Support a fast-paced Product organization's operations function by owning recurring, time-intensive operational processes and building automation to run them more efficiently. Automating the work, you own is a required outcome of this role.Responsibilities

• Operational data & process management: Maintain org structure, headcount, and capacity data across multiple internal systems; manage recurring administrative processes and share team resources/documentation.
• Program and event operations: Own logistics and preparation for recurring leadership forums, all-hands events, and offsites, ensuring smooth execution.
• Recognition & engagement programs: Provide operational support for employee recognition programs, including nominations, logistics, and communications.
• Learning program support: Maintain shared resources and sign-up processes for internal learning and development initiatives.
• Ad-hoc & emerging initiatives: Provide operational support for new cross-functional programs and initiatives as they arise.
• Process automation & handoff: Identify recurring manual processes, build automation to run them, and transition ownership to the appropriate teams once automated.

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Product Operations, Enablement, or Chief of Staff-type roles.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and execute quickly with minimal direction.
• Experience supporting leadership teams and driving operational programs from planning through completion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to coordinate logistics, manage communications, and partner effectively with Executive Assistants and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Experience managing budgets, tracking program metrics, and supporting operational decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with reporting and dashboard tools.
• Passion for identifying inefficiencies and automating workflows.
• Experience implementing process improvements that reduce administrative effort and increase team productivity.
• Interest in leveraging AI and automation technologies to streamline business operations

Technical skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with N8N preferred
• Experience with Claude preferred

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $90.00 - $92.98 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
