Program Manager

Payrate: $85.00 - $95.00/hr.Summary:The Company is seeking a temporary Program Manager to support planning and execution of executive-facing programs, events, offsites, and strategic communications. In this role, you will help drive end-to-end coordination across stakeholders, build operating rhythms and repeatable processes, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams at once.Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for executive events, offsites, and speaking engagements, including timelines, stakeholder alignment, content readiness, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-through.
• Manage multiple programs simultaneously, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain operating rhythms (e.g., planning cadences, weekly updates, decision logs, stakeholder reviews).
• Produce clear, executive-ready written materials (e.g., program updates, briefing docs, run-of-show documents, talking points, and recap notes).
• Build scalable playbooks and documented processes to enable consistent execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in program management, events, executive communications, or business operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading large events, offsites, or executive speaking engagements end to end, including managing several concurrently.
• Experience building processes and operating rhythms from scratch in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong executive writing skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, action-oriented communications.

Skills

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience in a sales or go-to-market organization, marketing events, or communications.
• Experience scaling work through playbooks, AI-enabled workflows, and automation.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $85.00 - $95.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
