While John Knox Village offers a full continuum of care, this position is dedicated specifically to outpatient services, allowing you to focus your expertise on active older adults without inpatient or SNF responsibilities.

About the Role:

This position is a steppingstone to leadership, and it allows you to treat patients while gaining management experience assisting the DOR with administrative tasks, without being a direct supervisor.

Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Program Manager (PT/PTA/OTR/COTA/SLP) to join our Outpatient rehab team at John Knox Village.

In this role, you will:

  • Treat active, engaged seniors in a true outpatient setting

  • Focus on orthopedics, balance, mobility, strength, and fall prevention

  • Build long-term therapeutic relationships with your patients

  • Practice patient-centered, wellness-based care without high-pressure productivity standards

  • Serve as the liaison for the Director of Rehab

  • Gain valuable leadership administrative skills

Qualifications

  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Floridaor ability to obtain prior to start

  • Interest in outpatient physical therapy and geriatric-focused care
