Job Description
Primary Skills: Program Management- Advanced, Business Process Optimization- Intermediate, Cross-functional Collaboration- Advanced, UAT & Testing Management- Advanced, Change Management- Intermediate Contract Type: W2 Duration: 6+ Months Location: Lehi, UT or San Jose, CA (Hybrid) Pay Range: $40 - $44 per hour on W2Job Summary:This role is for a dynamic Program Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives focused on improving sales processes and customer experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to drive new product launches, platform enhancements, and process optimization for Adobe's growth. Success requires a strong understanding of quote-to-cash workflows and the ability to ensure smooth adoption of changes.Job Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of strategic, cross-functional initiatives related to sales processes and customer experience.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, Platform Engineering, and Business Units to ensure project success.
- Develop and manage project schedules, UAT plans, and testing strategies for new platform capabilities and product launches.
- Identify and resolve process and system gaps post-launch impacting quote-to-cash workflows.
- Support change management efforts to ensure smooth stakeholder adoption of new initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel and quickly ramp up on new tasks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive decision-making and problem resolution.
- Proven experience in driving projects to completion in fast-paced environments with a high attention to detail.
- Experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) workflows.
- Previous Adobe experience is a significant plus.
