Job Description

Provides enterprise-level leadership, operational governance, and strategic execution oversight for the full BMx Family of Systems portfolio, including FMxC2, IMDS/IMDS-MSM, FEM, and PAMS. The Program Manager is responsible for integrating Agile delivery, operational sustainment, DevSecOps execution, cybersecurity compliance, Cloud One migration, Help Desk operations, staffing management, and contract performance into a single coordinated operational framework. This role serves as the primary interface to the Government Program Management Office and ensures all modernization, sustainment, release, migration, and operational support activities remain synchronized with Air Force maintenance and logistics mission priorities.

The Program Manager directs execution across the Agile Release Train (ART), governs program risk, chairs operational governance and release readiness activities, oversees staffing and subcontractor performance, and ensures compliance with all PWS, CDRL, RMF, cybersecurity, and operational performance requirements. The PM continuously balances mission sustainment requirements against modernization activities to ensure BMx systems remain operationally available during cloud migration, legacy modernization, cybersecurity remediation, and release deployment activities.

The PM also governs customer engagement, escalation management, surge operations, transition activities, metrics reporting, and performance management. This role ensures that program execution remains aligned to Government priorities, operational tempo, and mission-readiness requirements across maintenance, PMEL, logistics, and readiness-support workflows.
