Locations:

Sunnyvale, CA (5x/ week onsite)• Duration: 6 Months• Salary Range: $55 - $60/Hour on W2 (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a Program Manager with expertise in GDPR and privacy frameworks to lead and manage privacy projects. The role will involve collaboration with various teams to ensure compliance with global privacy laws, especially those related to AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, or related program/project management roles.
Strong understanding of global privacy regulations.
Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with distributed teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor's of Science in Information Systems, Security, or Computer Science or similar degree or equivalent experience.
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of data security principles and risk management frameworks.
Knowledge of global AI regulatory obligations.
Experience in technology, SaaS, AI frameworks.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of privacy projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery of key milestones.
Partner with Legal, Security, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to operationalize privacy requirements.
Implement and maintain privacy frameworks aligned with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other global laws.
