Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled and effective professional with a strong background in project management and leadership to drive the success of our technology initiatives. The role involves leading and directing complex programs in alignment with our strategic goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for workflow management
- Experience working with remote teams via Mural or Miro for collaboration
- Extensive experience in technical project management
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Applicants must be able to work directly for our organization on a W2 basis
- At least 10 years' experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling IT projects
- PMP certification
- Working experience in System/Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Document management expertise
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and direct larger, more complex programs in support of overall strategy
- Provide direction to project staff across various stages within the program
- Establish governance and ensure effective implementation and operation of assigned programs
- Translate corporate objectives into program objectives and practices
- Serve as a liaison and build bridges with executives and various groups within and outside of technology and operations
- Manage communications regarding project and program management practices
- Oversee assigned projects from initial concept through final implementation
- Construct a program reporting and tracking framework and benchmarks
- Provide oversight to projects to meet established function, quality, cost, and schedule
- Escalate issues and risks to the appropriate level
