Job ID: VZGTJP00060634 Title: Program Manager II Duration: 12 Months+ Location: Alpharetta, GA Working Model: 2/3 days in office JOB DUTIES: Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years Responsibilities: " Develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion. " Deliver written/oral executive-level reporting, presentations, and communications. " Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives. " PMP Certification or training preferred " Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Project Management Skills
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile framework
• Previously Led Product Migrations Projects
• Must have Technical Product knowledge
• Good communications Verbal and Written Skills
• Good Analytical Skills
• Vendor Management Skills
• Technical Literacy & Architecture
• Knowledge Be able to present and lead stakeholder meeting with external Vendors

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Previous Migrations experience Presenting findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders including subject matter experts and leadership, including live meetings and closed loop communications.
• Establishing and maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships across levels of the business
• Supporting larger insights program objectives, such as aligning employee listening to with customer and business metrics through dashboard, text analytics
• Working cross-functionally to root causes and resolve pain points involving processes, policies, and systems
• Proficiency in Migration Tools

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Experience with project management tools (Smartsheets)
• Experience with G-suit, Slack Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires multi-tasking
• Experience working in customer-support functions such as sales or customer service.
• Experience working across channels and work groups.
• Experience working complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience analyzing complex problems, considering diverse perspectives, and devising effective, innovative solutions.
• Experience working within the Technology or Telecommunications industry
