Job Description

Job ID : 89338-1 Job Title : Program Manager Location : Boston, MA Duration : 6 months + possible extension Rate Range: $50 - $56/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

The Program Manager will lead and deliver asset management–related initiatives across front, middle, and back-office functions. The role involves planning, executing, and governing projects involving sales/marketing & distribution, investment operations, regulatory change, and technology transformation. The PM will coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards. Strong stakeholder management, risk management, and financial services domain knowledge are essential. Experience working with global delivery teams and vendors is preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Asset Management business processes (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office)
Investment products: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, ETFs
Portfolio management, trade lifecycle, and settlement processes
Regulatory and compliance knowledge (SEC, Client, AML, KYC, ESG reporting)
Experience with vertex framework and microservices architecture and RESTful API design
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge on Couchbase
Experience with cloud platforms and services and containerization technologies
Understanding on Data load data pipelines using ETL, AWS Glue, Snowflake

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead asset management–related initiatives across various office functions
Coordinate with business and IT teams for timely project delivery
Manage stakeholder relationships and project risks
