Introduction
Join our team as a key leader in managing and enhancing our ServiceNow Vulnerability Response program. You'll be at the forefront of driving effective vulnerability management across our organization through strategic process design, automation, and insightful dashboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be eligible to work directly on W2.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in vulnerability management, SecOps, or GRC.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and integrations such as Tenable or Qualys.
- Proficiency in automation and dashboarding within ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Additional certifications in cybersecurity or related fields.
- Experience with other ITSM tools and platforms.
- Proven track record of successful project management in technology settings.
- Define and manage workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths.
- Coordinate with Security, IT Operations, and Business Units to ensure seamless integration and operation.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities, including ticket enrichment, auto-assignment, and closure validation.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within workflows.
- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and operational teams, tracking key metrics such as time to remediate and SLA compliance.
- Develop training materials and conduct enablement sessions to drive program adoption.
- Facilitate communication and change management initiatives to promote program success.
