Job Description
Summary:
Atomica is seeking a technically savvy Program Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge MEMS projects from concept to production at a fast-growing, innovative company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and risks, and interface directly with customers. Make a real impact driving breakthrough technology across a variety of cutting-edge applications!
Objectives:
- Drive early-stage development projects through phase-gate into high-volume production
- Deliver projects on schedule and within budget while tracking progress against goals
- Manage scope, schedule, cost, and risks using structured project management methods
- Identify the need for change orders and scope them accurately to manage project risks
- Prepare and deliver presentations for internal leadership and external customers
- Maintain accurate PSA, CRM, and project documentation to ensure transparency
- Use artificial intelligence to streamline drafting, reporting, and analysis
- Shadow experienced Program Managers and complete training, with the goal of taking ownership of at least five projects within 30 days
Capabilities:
- Experience in project, program, or product coordination or management, or customer-facing roles requiring problem-solving, flexibility, and communication across the organization; candidates from any industry or background are welcome
- Skilled in Microsoft Project (or similar), PSA/ERP/CRM systems, and project documentation tools
- Strong leadership, client-facing, and cross-functional communication abilities, with credibility among technical leads, account managers, executives, and customers
- Understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to identify and accurately scope change orders
- A data-driven, efficiency-minded approach and the ability to learn essential process flows and tools quickly
- Experience in small or fast-paced companies preferred
- PMP or PMI certification (preferred)
- U.S. Person status (as defined by ITAR: U.S. citizen, green card holder, refugee, or asylum seeker)
