Program Manager - Cloud Platform Delivery Dallas, TX / Chicago, IL / New York, NY
We are looking for a strong Program Manager to lead delivery of a cloud-based healthcare platform involving multi-team coordination, external integrations and distributed engineering teams (onshore/offshore).
This role requires someone who has owned end-to-end delivery of complex platform programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering pods (backend, QA, DevOps)
- Drive program planning, sprint governance and dependency management
- Manage risks, issues and cross-team dependencies (RAID logs)
- Coordinate with:
- Engineering teams
- Architects
- Infrastructure teams
- External partners/vendors
- Support platform integrations (APIs, workflows, external systems)
- Ensure quality, performance and release readiness
- Provide clear executive-level status updates and reporting
Required Skills
- 8-12+ years in Program / Project Management
- Experience managing large-scale cloud platform programs
- Strong exposure to:
- Microservices
- APIs
- Distributed systems
- Experience handling multiple teams/pods and dependencies
- Experience working with onshore/offshore teams
- Strong communication, must handle senior stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare domain (strongly preferred)
- Experience with GCP or cloud platforms
- Experience in platform builds or external partner integrations
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD and cloud environments
