Our Client Operations media leads establish and manage the approach and standards for digital media project delivery and governance, ensuring our clients achieve the highest return on investment. This team is responsible for overseeing performance across programs, providing team members with the tools, support, and training necessary to deliver the most innovative and effective media solutions possible.

A CourtAvenue Program Manager, Media takes ownership of all media projects within a program, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. Confidence and creativity are essential to address business needs, manage resources, and resolve issues as they arise, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional media solutions that drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Program Delivery: Lead the day-to-day management of digital media programs, including paid media campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, website performance, and social media activations, from initiation through implementation and deployment.

  • Operational Leadership: Partner with Delivery and Media leadership to ensure efficient resource utilization and maximum program profitability, solving operational challenges as they arise.

  • Process & Scale: Create and streamline scalable agency-wide processes that improve how media programs are planned, staffed, and delivered.

  • Quality & Standards: Ensure adherence to CourtAvenue standards with the highest quality deliverables, meeting all project milestones and deadlines.

  • Tools & Systems: Optimize the activation and utilization of project management software, ensuring operational success across the media practice.

  • Risk Management: Effectively balance resources, budgets, and timelines to manage risk and pre-empt issues specific to digital media programs.

  • Contracting & Team Design: Draft SOWs and contracts, and help design innovative delivery teams tailored to meet and exceed digital media campaign objectives.

  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve delivery practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the program.

  • Timeline & Coordination: Develop and oversee comprehensive project timelines, coordinating activities across agency disciplines (e.g., creative, media, strategy, analytics) and client stakeholder teams.

  • Client Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal team members to ensure seamless program execution and exceed client expectations.

  • One-Team Approach: Foster a collaborative approach between client and agency teams, promoting effective communication and cooperation.

  • New Business: Contribute to new business and pitch initiatives, helping to secure a healthy pipeline of digital media programs with a focus on resource forecasting and planning.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Clarify strategic requirements, manage client and stakeholder expectations, and communicate roadblocks and resolutions to ensure key deadlines are met.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate effectively and succinctly across a wide range of roles and personalities, both within the agency and with external clients, ensuring alignment and understanding.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management and/or program management experience.

  • Direct digital media experience is required.

  • Previous experience implementing project management tools and platforms within an agency setting is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate under tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work across multiple concurrent programs, utilizing and sharing resources effectively.

  • Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

  • Our organization follows a structured-hybrid work model, where employees work in an office environment in the middle of the week and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

  • Candidates for this position will ideally be located near one of our offices:

o   Chicago, IL

o   Cincinnati, OH

o   Minneapolis, MN

  • Candidates located in San Diego or Los Angeles, CA as well as Dallas, TX, Austin, TX or Bentonville, AR will be considered.

Final compensation will be determined based on total related experience and geography.
