Job Description
We are seeking a forward-thinking leader with expertise inâ¯IT Systems, Data Forensics, and Data Science/AIâ¯to spearhead our system simplification and AI strategy initiatives. This role will focus on leveraging cutting-edge technologies toâ¯simplify complex systems, improve operational efficiency, drive automation, and create measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is a hands-on strategist who can bridge technical execution with business vision, leading teams to deliver scalable, ethical, and high-value AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Data Strategy
- Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML, automation, and data science across the organization toâ¯optimize processes, simplify systems, and increase ROI.
- Collaborate with executives and directors toâ¯align AI roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Evaluate and integrateâ¯third-party AI solutions, tools, and strategic partnershipsâ¯to accelerate adoption and impact.
System Simplification & Risk Management
- Quickly gain aâ¯comprehensive understanding of company systemsâ¯and processes.
- Identify opportunities toâ¯streamline and simplify system architecture, reducing complexity and improving resilience.
- Assess and mitigateâ¯risks within current IT and data system setups, ensuring scalability, compliance, and efficiency.
Solution Design & Implementation
- Design and deploy AI/ML frameworks for complex challenges such asâ¯predictive analytics in logistics, fraud detection in IT systems, or ethical AI frameworks in telecom/consumer tech.
- Overseeâ¯end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Implementâ¯bias mitigation, scalability, and transparency measuresâ¯in all AI initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor aâ¯multidisciplinary team of data scientists, engineers, and system analystsâ¯to drive innovation.
- Championâ¯AI adoptionâ¯through workshops, proof-of-concepts, and cross-functional enablement programs.
- Partner with stakeholders toâ¯translate AI insights into actionable business strategies.
Innovation & Ethical AI
- Stay at the forefront ofâ¯emerging AI trendsâ¯(e.g., LLMs, generative AI, edge computing) and assess their applicability to company operations.
- Build and enforceâ¯ethical AI practices, prioritizing transparency, data privacy, and societal impact.
Performance Measurement
- Define, track, and report onâ¯key metricsâ¯such as cost savings, accuracy improvements, and process efficiencies to demonstrate ROI.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance outcomes toâ¯secure resources and scale successful initiatives.

Skills:
- Must be an organized, detail oriented and self-motivated individual
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to code, use Python and be able to create models
- Have the ability to work both independently and as part of team.
- Flexibility to travel is required.
Experience:
- B.S. Degree in Systems Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering or related discipline is required.
- 3-5 years Program Optimization experience
- Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Project), report preparation and data analysis.
- Previous experience with quality systems a plus.
- Experience in the telecommunications or cable industries is preferred.
