About the Role

As a Program Manager at EPS, you'll lead the charge in bringing innovative energy storage solutions to life. You'll guide cross-functional teams through the full program lifecycle, working on both custom and standard product programs. Think of yourself as the captain of the ship-navigating scope, schedule, cost, and risk while keeping customer relationships strong.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading design engineers, drafters, and technical experts to develop cutting-edge battery systems.
Managing scope, schedule, and budget to ensure program success.
Serving as the primary customer interface, keeping them informed and happy.
Overseeing product manufacturing and testing, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Keeping leadership in the loop on key program updates.
Wearing multiple hats-because no two days in this role are ever the same!

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related field.
3+ years of program management experience.
A knack for juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
Strong communication skills, you'll be working with both internal teams and external customers.

Bonus Points If You Have

PMP Certification - because you live and breathe project management best practices.
MBA - you enjoy diving into the business side of things.
Experience in aerospace high-voltage electric propulsion & energy storage systems - because that's what we do best!
