Job Title- Program ManagerLocation- St. Joseph, MODuration- 24 MonthsHours: minimum 45 hours per week, to be able to support this type of project.Any possibility of the assignment to be converted to a full-time role? possiblyJob Description:Lead end to end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large scale animal vaccine manufacturing facilityManage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on time and on budget executionCoordinate cross functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairsServe as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliersEstablish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworksProven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process.Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders.Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skillsProven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resourcesExcellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD)100MM.Proven ability to operate under high-pressure in a timeline constrained environment.Skills:Experience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within pharma or bio industry.Education: Bachelor s degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical preferred) or equivalent experience.
