Program Manager – CRM Implementation & OptimizationContract Length: 6-month contract, with potential for extensionLocation: Remote - Texas-basedWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Program Manager to lead the optimization and implementation of an existing FranConnect CRM platform supporting franchise sales, agreements, leases, and location management. The ideal candidate will bring strong program management, analytical, and implementation expertise to translate business priorities into actionable plans, identify dependencies, and manage timelines and deliverables. This individual will develop and execute a prioritized roadmap to improve platform functionality, efficiency, and overall business value. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex technology implementations, CRM optimization initiatives, or enterprise system improvement programs.
- Experience with FranConnect or other franchise management platforms.
- Background in franchise operations, sales systems, agreement management, lease administration, or location management.
- Proven ability to take loosely defined business needs and develop a structured, executable roadmap.
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing technical dependencies, project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs, and flat-file data exchanges.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented approach with the ability to move initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical challenges into clear business priorities.
- Experience addressing technical debt, integration limitations, and vendor upgrade challenges.
- Assess the Current Environment: Evaluate the existing CRM configuration, customizations, workflows, integrations, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop an Implementation Roadmap: Translate identified business needs and priorities into a structured roadmap with defined scope, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive Implementation: Lead and coordinate implementation activities from planning through execution, ensuring initiatives progress efficiently and remain aligned with business objectives.
- Address Integration Challenges: Work through data and integration challenges involving flat files, APIs, and related systems to improve data flow, accuracy, and process efficiency.
- Optimize Platform Functionality: Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce unnecessary customization, improve system maintainability, and restore the ability to apply vendor updates where feasible.
- Coordinate Stakeholders: Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and the CRM vendor to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and drive decisions.
- Establish Program Governance: Track progress, manage risks and dependencies, communicate status, and ensure accountability for key deliverables.
- Improve Business Productivity: Identify and implement practical solutions that improve the effectiveness of franchise sales, agreements, lease management, and location-related processes.
