QUALIFICATIONS The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing people and large programs and a bachelor's degree. Fluency in MS Office tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and Office required. Experience with Program Management Office methodologies and practices is highly preferred.
