Job Description
Our Client, a Technology company, is looking for a Program Manager (II) for their Sunnyvale, CA location.Responsibilities:
- Independently author program charter that addresses scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of an advanced program.
- Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases, include risks/dependencies and provide visibility into program constraints.
- Effectively build trusted relationships with program stakeholders to enable effective decision making.
- Optimize program team roles and responsibilities. Manage program escalations in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, targeted by stakeholder type. Represent the program team across a wide range of touchpoints.
- Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
- Develop change management rollout plans including impact analysis in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Monitor progress of change management rollout and resolve misalignments.
- Independently determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively.
- Independently maintain project trackers and status reports.
- Identify and execute on program tasks, including proactively managing dependencies, while incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation.
- Define program governance structure by determining effective management of mitigations, postmortems, and escalations.
- Drive effective program team meetings.
- Determine program phasing and metrics that effectively drive continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Establish regular checkpoints to deliver and assess improvement metrics.
- Provide transparency into and rationale for program pivots.
- The Client PLaTO Program Management Office ensures the delivery of highly effective end-to-end system and integrated process solutions to meet the goals and objectives of Client Global Delivery Operations.
- This position is dedicated to our Data Steward program and focuses on ensuring data integrity in our Agile and ERP systems through effective master data management (MDM) practices.
- This position may also support program and project management and business/systems analysis in the area of Product Lifecycle and Technical Operations.
- Major responsibilities include leading change initiatives, developing and documenting business processes and data policies, and building a KPI system to track performance in support of our Techops team.
- Responsible for process improvement program management and data stewardship for Product Lifecycle organization.
- Regular review and maintenance of Agile and ERP data for alignment to existing data standards.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to define data standards and operationalize governance processes for creation/change of master data.
- Lead data cleansing effort and implement business process and system changes to proactively block errors.
- Coordinate cross-functional decisions impacting shared data, tools or processes.
- Develop and execute root cause remediation strategies for data issues.
- Engage in design of supply chain data model and represent function on change requests, impact analysis and system architecture impacting data integrity.
- Power user of data management tools and processes.
- Coordinate between assigned function and the Enterprise Data Governance (EDG) team.
- Conduct appropriate organizational change management to ensure data stakeholders are trained and executing data updates per the policy.
- Responsible for process improvement program management and data stewardship for Product Lifecycle organization.
- Regular review and maintenance of Agile and ERP data for alignment to existing data standards.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to define data standards and operationalize governance processes for creation/change of master data.
- Lead data cleansing effort and implement business process and system changes to proactively block errors.

- Perform data audits and report data quality metrics as part of monthly/quarterly data reviews.
- Enable a mindset that embraces process and data as a means to achieve functional objectives through predictable execution against key performance indicators.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Leads the “as-is’ process flows, documenting testing scenarios, capturing day-in-the-life scenarios, validating that testing is executed and any defects logged, conducting readiness assessments, and aligning training curriculum as needed.
- Drives KPI development, automation, tracking, and reporting.
- BA/BS degree degree in data science, business, engineering or related technical disciplines or equivalent practical experience including 5+ years related work experience in supply chain.
- Knowledge of PDM/MDM and ERP applications and data management processes.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
- Problem solver with strong verbal/written communication and facilitation skills.
