Job Description
Our Client, a Technology company, is looking for a Program Manager (I) for their Council Bluffs, IA/Hybrid location.Responsibilities:
- In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author program charter that addresses scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing and risks/dependencies of a basic program.
- Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases and include risks/dependencies.
- Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders.
- Maintain project trackers and status reports in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Identify and execute on program tasks, incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation.
- Collect Data to inform mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports.
- Facilitate effective meetings.
- Create and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders.
- Ensure communications are organized and visible to immediate program stakeholders.
- Document program team roles and responsibilities across projects.
- In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author stakeholder map.
- Identify stakeholder misalignment and coordinate resolution.
